Keisha Castle-Hughes the 16 year old oscar nominee for Whale Rider is pregnant. What do you think of this? Many are happy... however I see it as a terrible news due to the fact that she's suppose to be a role model to teens.... what do you think?

I agree that she is not being a very good role model to teens. What one person said above about a different country is slightly true. In her country the age of consent is 16 unlike the US where it is 18. Those of us who don't agree can only use her as an example of bad behaviour.

i wouldnt read to much into it because different country = different outlook on teen pregnancy who are we to judge

she is too young i don give congrats to teen girls that young who are pregant she can put her career on hold to raise her baby. she is to young in my book
