Just use red lipliner. It is perfectly safe.

Dunno,but I hope it's just for a Halloween party,not for everyday use. Use lipliner,but try to buy from a natural range because the eyes are so sensitive

U could also try either blush or eyeshadow in red. Just use a eyeliner brush. good luck.

I hope this is for Halloween...I'd just use a red lipliner though. Easier to find.

I found some at Hannaford, the grocery store oddly enough. Don't know what brand, it was just there.
