yes! i can definetely answer this question.

okay i have like 50 million different colors of eyeshadow. and depending on what color(s) are in my outfit i'm wearing, i pick a color that would look good on my eyes and with my clothes.
so example:

-say i'm wearing a dark pink shirt. here's what i do;
1) i look at my eyeshadow and i decide what color/colors i'm going to use. ( use only up to two colors of eyeshadow at a time. otherwise you'll look like some circus clown)

2) i find the closest color to the shirt. (if it's a white shirt, you can use any colors, but the brighter the better. and with black, the lighter and more pale the better)

3) i check and see if i have the same color pink eyeshadow. and if i do, i put one streak of the darker pink on the part of my eyelid that's closest to my eye. then i put the lighter color pink right ontop of that, overlapping it so it looks natural. but if you don't have a lighter color, that's okay. you don't have to have two colors, but if you do and your missing that lighter or darker one, find the next closest thing.

try my advice. i get asked the same question every day, and i'm only 14. lol

A really good look: use an eyeshadow palette that has 2 colors (because then they'll be chosen specially to match and look good together). Browns and golds look good on anyone, but you could also try a really subtle blue if you have blue eyes.Then put the darker color on the lid, especially focusing on the outside corners of the eye. Blend the lighter color up towards your eyebrows, again mostly on the outside corner of your eye. Good luck!

I usually do 2 eyeshadows of the same shade. For instance I love purple. I use a shimmery purple eyeshadow on my browbone and all over my lid, and then i use a slighly darker shade of purple on top of them leaving my brown bones out. It makes my eyes stand out a lot more then if I would use the same color as my eyes.

i love to do gold on my eyes if im going out to a occasion or if im going to connect up with an attractive boy and then i placed some darkish brown eyeliner and a few darkish brown or black mascara yet i exploit the only the place it has the white area and the black area so i'm getting my lashes longer and confirm to apply an eyelash curler to make ur eyes look ideal! wish this facilitates and that i'm hoping which you have relaxing testing diferent eyeshadow types.

there are tons of cute ways to do your eyeshadow. Personally i like to wear light over dark. It really depends on what kind of eyes you have that depends on the color so just pick up some magazines like teen people and seventeen and just play around with it. Have fun and decide for yourself.
