Yeah, I think it's dumb. Why would you buy an ipod if you can't use it? Waste of money. Personally, I didn't know how to download songs on my mp3 player, but my boyfriend is a wiz with electronics. So, you can at least make sure you have someone that can help you.

I have a shuffle, and I've used a 60 gig iPod, and neither one is hard to use at all. It's called Play, Pause, Stop, and Next track. Is that so hard?
