We want to watch semi-scary, like Halloweentown, like Disney scary, what movies should we watch, and what should we eat, and well what should we do......

Saw one and then two. If your gonna do it do it right. Eat lots of candy and soda to raise the awareness level and get everyone on edge. A good sugar rush.

It should be a mix of the most classic horror and monster movies.I would start with the all time classic "Frankenstein" staring "Boris Karloff" then I would move onto The first "Friday thee 13th" from there to the first "Halloween" and from there just to lighten everything up watch "Mel brook's young Frankenstein" and then I would close the show with the ultimate low budget horror film the original black and white "Night of the living dead".As for what to eat what's a good movie night without fresh popped popcorn with red food coloring tinted melted butter and a pizza with the toppings cut into halloweeny shapes like peperoni slices with jack-lantern faces cut into them and veggie (green and red pepper) strips cut and steamed into wiggly worm shapes.Of course you should serve blood red fruit punch (spiked or not) that's up to you with Halloween shaped ice cubes (you should be able to pick up a tray to make them a any party type store) and of course you should serve everything on Halloween plates and cups and have plenty of Halloween napkins on hand.As for what to do play trivia during the movie that is playing like who is going to get killed next and how and if you really want to do it big make the party a costume party (come as your favorite monster/killer) and give away goodie bags of candy to all there.
