I have before when I was in my teens. If was kinda funny, but not hilarious. Yeah, their underwear was sticking out. I mean I wasn't going to go digging for them! Giving wedgies isn't all its cracked up to be! ;)

Gave one to my 10yr old son I'm 32. In the house while he was not looking. I kept telling him to put a belt on or pull his pants up because I saw his boxers I got tired of talking and took action. He was mad as hell!! He was so mad he cried. I laughed so hard. If he could have slapped me and got away with it he would have.
