tryed it at school nothing happened, but we didn't know what we were doing and it was in an art class room at lunch break, supposed to be good or bad spirits, don't lift the glass till you are finished.

ive done a few, first one i did was with my mum when my dad was in a coma (he was braindead) and we spoke to his spirit, he told us what day his his body would die on and how he went into the coma. i believe that you can conjure up both "good" and "bad" spirits. If you want to do one I would suggest doing it with someone who's experienced as there are rules you must obide by when speaking to the afterlife such as never lifting the glass off the table before the spirit has left as they will be trapped here and unable to return.
