Long time sci-fi fan -- started with the original Star Trek Series (my father liked it), enjoy the Dr. Who series (started with the old series while stationed overseas), like Babylon 5 and its follow-on Crusade. I also liked the series Forever Knight and Highlander -- not necessarily Sci-Fi, but I like these two considering their skill in bringing the stories back and forth in time.

might want to admit the Yanks make the perfect Sci Fi shows. My common British sci fi replaced into The Hitchhikers guidance guide to the Galaxy Dr Who, yet another large coach - I loved Christopher Ecclestone

Heck yes! I'm a sci-fi writer. You may even see that women understand sci-fi better (Or should I say rationalize it more) because they think differently. Have you ever heard the saying, Women's minds are like spaghetti because thier thought process will jump from one thought to another and Men's minds are like waffles they can only think of one analytical thought at a time then they go to the next little box then the next then the next......

I love the Twilight Zone. I wait all year long for the fourth of July just so I can watch the Twilight Zone marathon on the Sci-Fi channel.

I'm female and I love sci-fi. My favorite sci-fi show would have been Farscape, I miss that show, it was awesome. Favorite sci-fi movie, Star Wars of course....

I love everything Sci-Fi.That's all I read and watch right now.I love Stargate SK-1,the old and new Battlestar Galactica,Outer Limits and the new show Eureka.

Many of the best new SF novels are written by women...Elizabeth Moon, Bujold, Robin Hobb...
