They will still be active... Jack Nicholson will buy the Lakers Basketball team....Clint Eastwood will write a book about the Movie Industry...

They got their break in Hollywood, the hard way they work for it. By starting in minor roles in B Movies and got noticed , later they got success at a latter years. I believe, they won't retire they are the cinemas icon we will not have another Jack Nicholson or Cline Eastwood. They are legends of the motion picture industry. Their longevity is hard to duplicate or immulated.

Probably nothing....as long as they still enjoy it and people go see their movies....they'll keep making them.
