Good point, BG.

24, you really need to grow up! That wreck wasn't Junior's fault, are you blind? Vickers was just impatient & didn't care who he took out of the race. He even wrecked his teammate. I wonder how Rick Hendrick likes that.

BOTTOM LINE: All of Hendrick's drivers are dirty racers that apparently can't race clean. Well, I guess Brian learned that from Gordon. Gordon tends to spin people out pretty often........

I never had any problems with Vickers...UNTIL TODAY! How dare that Backstreet Boy wanna be sit there and have the gall to blame Dale Jr for that wreck. That was all Vickers' fault, he wasn't paying attention and once again proved that he has no business being in Nascar! Vickers owes Dale Jr, The Budweiser team and every single Dale Jr fan an apology for his idiotic move! He took out two perfectly great cars.

That was 100% Brian Vickers' fault and he sat there and dedicated that win to Ricky Hendrick! Vickers better run because if I ever catch him so help me I'll make him feel the wrath like no other. He better hire every bodyguard he can think of!

Vickers can only win by wrecking someone. Back in 2004 Vickers wrecked Mike Bliss one the last lap so he could make it into the All Star Race! Vickers' win will forever be tainted! HEY VICKERS...KARMA IS A BYTCH AND YOUR GONNA GET YOURS.

Kudos to Dale Jr and Tony Eury Jr for being the class acts that we all know that they are. They didn't point their fingers and they took it all in stride. Too bad I can't say the same for the HMS drivers who have to blame others for their problems.

Honestly, I'm a big Jr fan, and I'm not saying that Vickers is in my top 10 list of drivers. BUT I do think that what he did to his teammate to win, considering the bad blood between him and the rest of the Hendrick crew(not being allowed to meetings, the whole Gordon thing, getting blamed for not getting it done in cars that aren't even considered good enough to drive Rick home, etc.) It's good for him to kinda stick it to him. I think that he kinda did that on purpose. Subconsiously he might have, no matter what he says. But I still think that he could have done a lot better during the interview and said that it was a racing deal, and taken responsibility, saying that he was going to draft with him and misjudged. It would have been a lot better than saying what he said. But I don't really care for Hendrick Motorsports anyway. That includes Vickers, but that's mostly for what he did to the 66 car in the Nextel Open a year or 2 back. THAT was bush.

The wreck happened in front of the motor home we were in and if you look closely you will see the 48 wiggle ,the rest is the wreck. It is typical of the Hendricks organization to cause a wreck then complain about it.

Come on people and get real!!!! Vickers & Johnson planned that. JR had that race won and you know it. SO did they and Vickers bump drafted Johnson and NASCAR officials didnt do a damn thing about it but they warned JR about it didnt they???? Vickers should have been stripped of that win, if you want to call it that. The punk would have and did do a low down dirty thing to cause that wreck and I dont give a damn what anyone else says.

Here's how I see what happened. It was one of them racing things, yes......but the blame IS on Vickers. Instead of focusing, and watching what he was doing more closely.....his inexperience and over agressiveness to get the lead......took out his teammate Jimmy and Dale Jr. When interviewed...Dale Jr I thought handled it VERY VERY well......as did Jimmy, but you could tell Jimmy was pretty ticked off about it and I'm sure Hendrick will make sure Vickers knows loud n clear to not make another mistake like that again. He hurt his teammates chance at the points. However, the part that REALLY irritated me, was Vickers' interview. He basically tried to put the blame on Jr and Jimmy, and I'm sorry but that was immature and ignorant. He could at least be man enough to say Hey, I screwed up and took them out, and then apologize for it...but he didn't....that is the part about it that angered me towards Vickers.

Nascar needs to review the incident.Vickers ( from my hometown) should end up as the last car on the lead lap,and Kasey Kane should be awarded the win. It's just a shame he got his first win in such a low-class way.
Dale Jr. is by far my favorite driver out there, and he made me proud to be a fan of his by the way he conducted himself in the post race interview.
I still think he has a good shot at the cup, and with his outstanding attitude and work ethic he will have many more chances in his career.

Vickers should die. He is a stupid little dumb*** who will do anything to get a win. If it had been me that was wrecked by Vickers instead of Junior I probaly would have wnt up to him and bashed his F***ING head in. I admire Jr. for his class, but I wouldnt be as forgiving as him. Plain and simple: If Vickers had done that to me he would have died.

I Completley agree with BG and I want to add that I think it is deplorable how he dedicated his only win and a dirty win at that to Ricky.

I am really upset that he wrecked out Jimmie and all but ruined his chances at the cup. I really expected Jimmie to win this year, now when he was starting to earn back his points, Brian goes and all but ruins it for him.

A hex on Vickers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I will never have anything good to say about him ever again. I think this will be the death of his "career". Everyone knows Dale Jr fans run the show.
