When I was younger I had perfect c cup breast, no sagging. Now that I am 37, they have shrunk to an A cup but I am so lucky, they do not sag. They are still perky.
But Gravity is the reason for sagging.

Gravity. Remember there glands in a sack. If you don't keep them "tied up" or "secure". They will sag. They make bed bras that I find very comfortable. I wear a bra all the time and I am a DDD. My breast are just as firm and perky as they were when I was a preteen.

The skin covering the breast loses elasticity with time, causing the breasts to sag. You can counter-act this, but not completely stop it, by doing exercises to strengthen the muscles underneat the breast. One easy exercise is to bend the arms, hold them with elbows straight out to the side, then pull them back and repeat. This will make them perkier and will also make them appear larger. =)

Because there are tendons that connect your breast tissue to the muscle wall of your chest from the top and ligaments at the bottom. With age, just like all other body structures, these start to not work as well, just like joints and eyes and hearts. Keep 'em supported and the ligaments and tendon's don't wear out as fast.
