Try to be careful when you have sex with him. His disease could be spread to you. Try to consult him about the matter. This disease is called STD. (sextual transmited disease.). It does not happen other ways but only through having sex.
If you love and trust your boyfriend very much then you should belive him. Maybe he is just embbarased about it.
You can also try to follow him. Then you will understand more about that matter. Take every step slowly and think carefuly. Make sure no misunderstand happens.
This is only his and yours matter. Don't tell others. Keep is a secret always.

I would reconcider marring the man. If he's throwing a fit about your concern about his health, then maybe he has been cheating on you. It's possible he might have a rash from a new soap or something innocent like that, but then it could be and STD) You don't want him to give you something then find out later about it. If he's unwilling to get checked out get rid of him you can do better.

Wow that sounds like a problem. Going crazy about a check up? Time to do some investigating.

After five years it's time to let him go to whoever gave him the spots. Getting on the defensive like that, shows a guilty conscience. Now you need to make up your mind and I don't envy you, but if he's done it once he's done it before and he will do it again. Good Luck!

If he isn't concerned about his own health, he should be concerned about yours. Go talk to your doctor and see if you need antibiotics, etc. And tell him no more fooling around until he has a clean bill of health.
P.S. you only think you are the only one he has had sex with.

sounds like he's guilty to me. not wanting to get checked is a bad sign. actually, he can have sex with anyone he wants to because you're not his wife & for 5 years he hasn't been committed to you.
what did you expect from a situation like this when both of you lack high moral standards? (like having unmarried sex for 5 years). find a decent man who respects you & is not afraid to commit to you.
if you don't appreciate my answer then you don't like truth or reality.

This is your business. I'd get myself checked out by the doctor, then tell him to take a hike. His anger is a misguided attempt to take any blame off himself.

Don't touch it again, until he is checked out. If it is indeed an infection caused by sex, and you are infection free, confront him again.
