Hi my name is Sue i just turned 51 and about 5 -6 years ago I was like you exhausted. I eat sleep and exercise right. I finally went to the Doctor who too some blood, and it turned out to be my thyroid level was very low. Have him check it. It may help. if not it could be just the darn seasons or weather. I'm from New Orleans i've been through everthing. take care and good luck sue:)

Have you checked with your doctor to see if your anemic.
Are you keeping yourself hydrated.
I am a male and I work long hours, many times without a break. I take a mens multivitamin and vitamin B complex. This helps me. If you do start on vitamin B try at least 3-4 weeks before noticing a difference. My guess is that you may be anemic have your doctor do a complete blood count. Low thyroid levels will also make you feel run down and tired your doctor can also check a thyroid function test.

It sounds like you may be anemic or hypoglycemic (low blood sugar) Have a lab check your blood sugar some morning before eating anything to see if it is normal.

Try setting a more definite sleep schedule and try exercising more often. It will help boost energy levels and help you get a deeper sleep at night.
