If Betts was a #1, I would say take him for sure. Tennessee D is not very good (Keep an eye out and maybe hope that Portis gets injured in practice this week). You should take Henry. He is the only quality #1 RB on that list and he now has no competition for touches because Brown is gone. Plus, he had a pretty good game in week 5.

Betts if your league counts points for receptions. He gets 5-8 short passes a game usually and he's got a good matchup against Tennessee. If you don't get points for receptions then I'd say go with Michael Turner since SD will destroy SF and Tomlinson will need a break from running all over the 49ers defense.

Washington vs charges. Pozluzny will be again yet restricted, they lost the different 3 starting up LB in the finest 2 weeks, and NYJ should be up early and operating till late in the game. Drop Stewart for next week. Carolina is suspect this twelve months or maybe as i imagine Stewart will be effective, he nevertheless RB2 behind DeAngelo. Fred Jackson may have a lengthy day because the Jets protection is particularly good, yet he's a good play in the subsequent few weeks.

My pick would be Betts or Turner. It is possible those teams get way ahead and there is some garbage running later in the game. Turner ran well last night against Pittsburgh. Remember also, last year Jacobs got goalline plays.

Take Henry, he had 125 rushing yards today and Tiki Barber ate up Washington this week for 123 today

Plus, he's a starter unlike the rest of the ones you listed (except Dayne)

try to trade for a decent rb that you won't have to give up a good player for. Cus none of them are worth getting . They are all 2 stringers.
They Henry had a good game. Maybe pick him up if you had too.

Tough one. I'd go with Turner, all about the matchup. Chargers will be up big in that one, and LT will sit most of it.

Yuck...All those guys wont generate decent point totals.

Look at the waviers or start a WR in that slot if possible.
