When you're making out and the other partner sucks on your neck or any other part of your body leaving a "bruise"....mostly red, blue-ish purple.

A hickey is a bruised mark made from biting, kissing, or sucking on someones flesh. If you don't know this, I feel sad for you.
It takes sometimes a week for one to go away, teenagers wear turtle-necks and gobs of make up to hide it. Some even come up with an excuse that they had a coke bottle stuck on there neck from being retarded.

A hickey is a disgusting bruise on your body that your man or woman if you go that route leaves on your body when they suck on it. Hickies displayed out there for the public to see? GHETTO!!!!!!!!!!! Check out the ghetto chicks who display them I am sure there is one in everyone's town.
