how do i get the blinking eyes in millsberry?

The blinking eyes on Millsberry people are only available on boy characters and only available with the blue/gray eyes. There is an option for animated blue/gray boy eyes under the customization area. If you select that your boy eyes will blink.
For girls there used to be an option with the bright green eyes, but that option is now gone.
