You can buy alcohol legally from the age of 18. Most pubs and shops have a "challenge 21" or "challenge 25" policy. This means that you need to prove you are over 18 if you look under 21. A passport or a driving license with your photo on it are usually the only acceptable forms of identification. Most pubs close at 11pm in England. Some apply for late licenses at the weekend allowing them to stay open until midnight. A late night bar may be open until 1 - 2am. A club is often open from 10pm till 3 or 4am. Some dance clubs stay open as late as 6am. Some pubs are open as early as 10 or 11am in order to serve breakfast (Wetherspoons type pubs).

Something that has died out really, mainly because no one does the old sing a long anymore, the modern version was the kareoke I suppose.
The idea of a piano and everyone joining in was brilliant but now days it would have to be popular music, as it was then, I mean who knows the words to good night Irene, My old man, Underneath the arches etc.........

The only one I'm aware of is the Piano Bar in New York New York casino, Las Vegas. I loved that bar.
