If diminished who will replace us?

If things don't improve, The US may be checking out of superpower status in about 50 years. The likely replacement(if it does not become one before American decline) will be Communist China.

No one ever has been or will be a super power, even today. No such thing is super power or any country is a super power. It just a group of people (who are under the influence of megalomania) in each different country trying to confuse people that democracy is evil? They have a different views on how to run a government and control people in the palm of their hands. They see it as how much power they can hold. They are just power hungry sick people, thats all. They just don't realize how much power the people they govern over have over them. He or she is just one person and the others are in the millions. It kind of like a mob coming after 1 sick person. That why we have revolutions, bloodless I hope, but some times it is the only way like The French Revolution for example. The only thing that will replace us is radiation from Nuclear bombs and blackness if we don't stop them first.

I think that in 20 years, yes we will still be a super power. I think that 50 years from now environmental pressures and resource shortages will virtually eliminate the category of "superpower" as we construct it today.

we're not gettin replaced casue we will show them who we r made of!well unlesssomehow china gets in r spot just becasaue of a flood or somethin but if not that we will show them who we r made of and never let them replace r country its r homes! we need them like u cant just banish us!
