The race belonged to Johnson or Junior, I remember a while ago Vickers did the same thing to Matt Kenseth to deny Him a win.
Vickers is not even allowed to attend the drivers meetings any more, does that say something?
I believe NASCAR should NOT have given him the win, Vickers sucks.
Should he be fired, YES!
Should he be in the cip next year NO!
They should put him back to the Busch or truck series until he learns how to play fairly.

And guess what, Vickers' 83 car is running next week at Lowe's, right now with Bill Elliot behind the wheel. I'm sure Team Red Bull would love to have him in the car a little early to start working with the team.
Also, it wasn't intentional as you all would like to believe. In case you all missed it, Johnson also turned back up into Vickers because Jr. blocked him. How about Hendrick does what needed to be done 3 years ago and fire Johnson.
By the way, I gave almost everyone thumbs down for acting like anyone could actually plan a wreck like that. It WAS a mistake, end of story.

I hope so!! He took out his own teammate to get a win. I've heard many people say that Brian has nothing to lose but Jimmie Johnson and Dale Jr do and that's called the 2006 Nascar Nextel Cup championship that Brian Vickers just made harder for them to win!!
There's obviously a reason why Vickers has been kept out of the team meetings and I think we all figured out why. Vickers just screwed over two talented drivers because he can't cut it in the Cup series. And then he had the nerve to blame that wreck on Dale Jr!! That was 100% Brian Vickers' fault...he wanted a win so badly that he had to take out two drivers! I hope he's enjoying his tainted win...BECAUSE THAT'S THE LAST WIN YOU'LL EVER GET....EVER!
Thank you Brian Vickers for proving once again that you have no business in Nascar!

Brian Vickers did not kill Jimmy's championship chances single-handedly. Jimmy's previous racing luck put him in the points position he was in.
A lot of racing is "luck" and perspective. If Jimmy or Jeff Gordon had been the one to win that way, their fans would have said , "it's one of those racing deals." I'm not saying if Vickers was right or wrong, but I think everyone is being a bit too hard on him. He made a mistake (okay, a big mistake), but I don't think he could have planned and executed a move to take out the two leaders (and not himself) as perfectly as everyone is implying.

As soon as the wreck happened, I called my Mom and the first thing she said was " I bet Brian isn't in the 25 next week at Charlotte". That was the exact thing I was gonna say. I think that Hendrick will take advantage of the situation and just let him leave his contract early. Of course they won't say he was "fired". I will be and the Charlotte race this weekend and we always have to write something on the back window of the car. I think I have a good idea what it will say this year.

I used to like Brian Vickers(mostly because he drove for Hendrick) but he needs to go NOW before he seriously hurts one of the other Hendrick drivers. He seems to be hell-bent on ruining Jimmie and Jeff's chance for the championship.

I think Vickers should get penalized! NASCAR warned Jr. for bump drafting, what about Vickers? Jr. didn't spin anyone out, Vickers did. I dislike Vickers more than any other driver now. He may have ruined two drivers' chase chances. Vickers sucks!

Jimmie doesn't deserve the Championship anyway. That wreck just shows Vickers inexperience. And then to blame the wreck on Jr. come on what a jerk!

Dumb Vickers doesn't deserve that win no matter what. They warned Jr for bump drafting, and He didn't crash anyone... and when Vickers does it he doesn't get anything? that's wrong. He killed Jr's change for the championship.

No way. Any time a driver makes a mistake, people get way out of proportion! It's not that bad! Gee! I hate when people do that to my favorite driver, Tony Stewart. Now, poor Vickers must deal with the fans' wrath! Give me a break!
