Unfortunately the maximum number of days that underwear can be hygienically worn is four:
Day 1 - Normal
Day 2 - Back to front
Day 3 - Inside out
Day 4 - Inside out and back to front.
By wearing them for seven days without washing, you are facing severe health risks. The most extreme one being the lack of action that anything contained in your underwear will get.
My advice to you is to buy some more underwear. If your mother only does the washing once a week, then having one pair of underwear means they need to be worn for seven days between washes. If you have two pairs, then they will only have to be worn for four days each, which is of course completely acceptable. If you wanted to go over the top you could even get 3 or 4 pairs of underwear.

I wonder why you are having trouble finding a girlfriend ?.
Seriously though, surely you have 2 pairs, Wash one in the handbasin every nite, and you will always be hygenic..
For hundreds of years there were NO machines, and still there was no excuse for unhygenic underware,
Must tell you a funny story........... my sister was going to school one morning and forgot to put on the essential undergarment. It was a windy day and her kilts blew around her ears causing a poor cyclist to fall off his bicycle.
She told my Mother who promptly gave her a rollicking

Very funny
Ah this is a real mummys boy......why bother wearing underpants? - go Commando! and you might be luckier in getting a girlfriend :)
ps. if all else fails, at the end of 7 days get mummy to take you out to the garden and get her to hose you down. You might be able to pick up a few extra pais of re-cycled underpants at Oxfam. :)

Do you have a laundromat anywhere near your house? Or, underpants aren't that big, try washing them in the sink. No, this is NOT hygenic!

No it is NOT hygenic.
And your mother is making you wear them for 7 days so you can buy a freakin' clue and get the hell out of her house and start your own life!
You are too old and too grown to be living with your mom's, and any woman who has a decent head on her shoulders should avoid YOU until you get your life together.

Right! you don't own a washing machine but you guys own a computer and Internet service to write this. I think you need to sell your computer and buy yourself a washing machine.

I do believe it is time for you to grow up and move out of mommy's house. 37 years old and living at home with your mommy's telling you when to change your underware!!!! No wonder you can find a girlfriend.

Are you for real... 3 things...
Why don't you use hand washing instead?
Why are you still listening to your mother at your age instead of using your head?
Why the hell are you still at home at 37?....
