I would need to know exactly what you know what is because I am not sure what. Are you a girl or boy. I think you should talk to your mom about it, let her know you are having sex so you two can take the proper precautions. Then tell her you are sorry your brother knew first (which could have been her walking in on you) but that he saw it happen and has been blackmailing you. Tell her you were waiting for a time when you felt comfortable to talk to her about it and that you hope she isn't disappointed. Depending upon how old you are the response to this will be different, but more than anything your brother will be in the most trouble for blackmailing you.

tell him he is gay for watching you. Anyhow your mom already knows that you play with yourself, moms know everything, and if that not bad enough, the real fact is that you have been playing with yourself since you have been a little kid. I also vote for let him tell. What are your parents going to do, punish you for masturbating? It's quite normal, but I can understand how you might be embarrased. Or just go up to them and tell them yourself and let them know your brother is blackmailing you for it. Your brother will just keep driving you crazy.
