It seems to me that the "stonecutters" who dish out benefits on the System "take" lots, but never seem to pay their own way. They seem to think that they have done their part in presiding over negociations, and that having their way paid by those seeking "benefits", should be part of their overhead charges. Many of these dealers appear to try to get members of their extended family to pay the way for their immediate or nuclear family, because the relatives more removed do not mean as much or anything at all to them. Some may simply rob acquaintances who belong to their group. I call them cheapskates and worse.

sounds like you're just jealous, want to run a business, and pay people to run it, so you in turn can be lazy but reap the rewards. welcome to reality - i have found that a lot of business owners pay little to their employees so they make lots of profit.

look at it both ways - there's a lot of bad employees out there who are lazy, and don't perform well... the great employees are over looked and that's when greed falls into play... in time they will walk and find a better paying job. everyone's out for themselves - communication helps, if you do a good job, ask for a raise.

start up your own business, good luck
