i dont who would win in a physical fight. they're both scrawny as hell. but lyrically it would have to be bow wow. he has come a long way and i think he finally has come into his age, maybe had some schoolin/groomin from his 'uncle' Snoop (i dont know if its his real uncle or just play). so i would have to say bow wow. romeo still has a lot of bubble gum rhymes (1,2,3..follow me...).
