do or start critizing me..coz i had a bad history with people esp.the girls jealous from me big time..so i just wanna be more relaxed coz i dont wanna hurt myself(health wise)..is there any ways make feel great and don't tell me to work out its bullsh....? thx u

I was EXACTLY like you described with your temper. It got me in a lot of trouble through the years.

Two years ago, my mother asked me to go in the store while she waited to get some soda that was on sale. The only soda I seen that was on sale was in plastic bottles which I bought and came back out to the car. When I opened the door, my mother actually screamed at me about getting bottles instead of cans.

At that very moment, I realized that I had been acting just like my mother. She sounded like an ungrateful screaming harpy ***** and I thought, "Oh my God, that's how I sound and look to other people. I will NEVER do that again!", and I haven't to this day.

I realized that people don't respect you or think you are smart when you blow your temper. They just think there is something mentally wrong with you and try to stay away from you when blow up.

That was my epiphany. I hope you can take a lesson from it. I wish someone had told me years ago. It would have saved me a lot of grief.

Yep you have a wee bit of an anger problem. First I am very glad you recognize that it is a problem and you want to do something about it before something bad happens..but if you want input you may have to put up with some suggestions that may sound like bullcrap as you say.
When you are in the middle of it if someone says "pull yourself up by your bootstraps and get over it" or "go exercise it will do you a world of good" you may just wannna end up getting all medieval on their butts and tell em to go away...they mean well but are clueless when it comes to things like this. However you do need ways to redirect your anger...I am thinking maybe some martial arts or a self defense class...that will def get out a lot of anger and you will learn confidence and something that can come in handy if you ever have a safety issue in life.

You should try taking a walk. Or, getting a nice book, and curling up under the covers of you bed . . . . With some hot tea, or soup. Bubble baths are nice, too !

Also, spoiling yourself sometimes wouldn't be a bad idea ! You could go out with firends for lunch on the weekends . . . . .

There's always yoga.

Do something that lets off steam. I like to go for a run or to the gym once a day to get out all my frustration. It really works, and sometimes there are hot guys at the gym that make you feel good when they look your way ;).

WHEN YOU GET THAT WAY, COUNT TO 10, IF THAT'S NOT ENOUGH COUNT AGAIN. ALSO IF YOU CAN JUST TURN YOUR BACK ON THE PERSON AND DON'T TALK BACK. GO INTO ANOTHER ROOM OR OUTSIDE. HOPE THIS GIVES YOU SOME IDEAS.
