It won't hurt but it could be a minor problem. Sites that you constantly go to store information that it will have to reask. For example my bank site knows I live in California. If I delete the cookies it will have to ask where I live. Some sites, such as Yahoo Answers, will automatically log you on. Without the cookie you will have to log in again.

Its better to dont deleted your system cookies manually. Follow this procedure, this will help your system to revamp itself

Goto > Start >> All Programs >>> Accessories >>> System tools >>>> Disk clean up

repeat the above procedure by selecting each drive in your system. This will delete all you cookies, temp files and other unwanted log files too

No. Cookies are just temporary files that store information such as if youre logged in a website. So when you delete all cookies, you will be logged out of any website you've logged into.

Deleting Cookies may annoy you a little bit as you'll have to re-enter your login information for the sites that you commonly use, but it won't hurt your computer.

No. You just may have to remember your password on some sites that you have visited. Cookies just capture your personal information for the websites you visit. They are in temporary cache files.

Just follow this basic rule: if it wasn't on the computer when you bought it, and it's not a part of an an important program you purchased... it's OK to loose it.

You should erase them each month or so... (compuuter maintanance), You also may delete the historial files...
