it seems you are in the time loop created by your under mind. If it's possible try to visit these places and think about what did happened and how it's affected you. The important part: try do it with someone, not alone. Or just try remember good things about these places during the day. Soon your worries will be over

You write in the first line, 'everything in my dream USED TO BE my old school, my house ....etc'
Then you write, 'but I can't seem to remember spending long time around these places.''
There is an ambiguity between the two - making me want to ask you 'why you can't remember spending the time there...? and other questions about the length of time you lived there and what else was going on in your life then....?
If you dreams continue like that, if they upset you and so on, it would be very wise to seek 'Professional' help.
Take care.
Sash.

You did not state your approximate age. You may not have been on the planet long enough to have had a past. I think you have moved and are suffering from a separation anxiety. You want to go to the things that are familiar to you. Humans are a very status quo species. We do not like change for the most part. Time will help. Trying to enjoy your new surroundings may help. Good luck.

You are indebted to yourself.Your past wasn't up to your expectation.Your style of life remained since than the same. If you need the change of your dreams you must invest same novelties in your life style.Maybe A Manual for Living (A Little Book of Wisdom) by Epictetus can show you what. If you feel it isn't for you stay away.

i sometimes did the same, and am usually late aswell, can't find me timetable when i get there either. i felt very anxious in my dream, as i never used to be late for school.
thankfully, those dreams stopped a few months ago when i finally left school in my dreams. maybe i dealt with some unfinished business in my waking life and broke the dream?....
i have much nicer dreams now.

Dreams are simply the random firing of synapses in your brain while you are unconscious. There is no meaning to them. There is no secret 4th dimension where people from another universe are trying to contact you. There is no hidden message coming from your past or future through your dreams. Its just random synapse firing. Maybe you should go to a psychic, and while you're there, ask them for the winning lottery numbers.

I feel as though you have a deep need for motherly attention. Maybe you resent her for pulling you away from the place you love.
