I just want to know is this game out already, or is it just out in japan or something? If it is...wow I have to order this .. If it is, have anyone played it, how is it?

I saw this game on ebay, even for the u.s...so that was why i asked.

The North American version was leaked last week, it's supposedly a review copy of the final version. But the official release in NA isn't until the end of the month, unfortunately.
DO NOT order it from EBay because if they say they can ship it now, they're either lying (saying they have something now but not really shipping until the end of the month or later if at all) and/or trying to scam you or they're selling the leaked version as retail, which you won't even be able to use. Of course then there's the chance they're selling the Japanese version, which much like the leaked copy, would probably be no use to you.
EDIT: It's been getting excellent reviews from what I've read, which is admittedly only one review for the english version, heh. But the Japanese version recieved very high marks.

You particularly a lot pay 60 funds for a movie. I had intense hopes for it. i purchased a PS3 specially for this interest. yet im so dissatisfied now. definite, the snap shots are large. The audio is large as well. yet its a large sadness. you should employ it, or borrow from a pal. I recommend taking section in very last fantasy 7,8,9,10,12 and techniques. All are large and authentic to the sequence. the a number of perfect memories you'll ever locate.

It's been out in Japan since March.
North America will get it on halloween, and Europe will get it sometime in the winter of 2007.

final fantasy XII is out already, but this is the 'leak' version, it don't have any difference with the official release. the official release is October 31st in north America
