EWwW neither but if I had to pick it would be Hilary Duff because I absolutely hate Lindsay Lohan.

I used to think Lindsey Lohan was the better actress and the prettier one. But with all the nonsense she's been causing in the past years I'd have to say Hillary Duff is the classier one. For the time being that is considering Hollywood does strange things to people.
They are both way too young with too much money and not enough stability.

Well, i'd have to say Hilary, Lindsay is suck a like sl** and well she sets really bad examples for young girls. Look at Britney Spears she was "bad" by her second cd hilary is still "good" by her 3rd, going on her 4th so yeah HILARY's BETTER!
