im trying to get a bigger butt and thighs.
people told me to do lunges or squats.
if i do lunges and squats (about 20 each) everyday and eat a tad bit more, will my butt bet bigger faster??

No! What will happen if you did that you'll lose muscle mass in you legs from over workout. The best thing for you to do is work out legs 3 times a week also not two or more days in a row. Eating a tad more will help gain muscle (hopefully you're not trying to gain fat there). Just make sure it is healthy amount of food.

things that usually go 2 ur butt, are cream cheese, make and cheese, pasta, and bagels. as for lunges and squats that is 2 give ur *** shape. u have 2 gain the mass u want first then work on it. like when ur making a sculpture u have 2 get the clay first b4 u mold it, or else all ur doing is getting a hard ***. and i doubt u want that, butts are meant 2 b soft and jiggly lol

yeah, but you eat stuff to build muscle, not fatty stuff, or your thighs and butt will look nasty and saggy. Eat steak and things like that, but still eat healthy... good luck on being bootylicious, lol...
