am I allergic to one of the ingredients?

It sounds like you could be allergic to that particular brand...you may wanna switch brands and see if that has any bearning on your developing a rash...good luck!

take some alfhala tablets with your meals when you take your vits.. it will digest your food. better and you wont react like that.try a different type multi vit complex. make sure you are getting a quility product..good luck.ow after that and if it doesnt help take just a b vit complex. see if it is a b vit reaction. some of the bs can do that.then if it is you get vits with no bs. the best thing is to just eat whole foods..

You might want to check the niacin content. A lot of niacin causes an all over itchy flushing. Not necessarily an allergy, just a common side effect. Consider buying a MV without niacin, or if it is that important to you, find a kind of niacin that states it is "non-flushing".

SOUNDS LIKE YOU MIGHT. DON'T KNOW WHAT. JUST TAKE 1 A DAY, THEN WORK UP TO 2 AND SO ON UNTIL YOU FIND THE ONE THAT'S THE PROBLEM. HOPE THIS WORKS OUT FOR YOU. AND IF IT'S ONE OF THE PILLS YOU CAN ALWAYS TRY A DIFFERENT BRAND.

possibly- don't take multi vits- take what you know you need seperately that way you can eliminate what it is you may be allergic too. Plus you should let your doc know what you're taking incase they know beforehand why it may be that you're coming up in the rash
