Put on a Yoko Ono record and turn it up reeeaallly loud. That ought to scare just about everyone (living or dead, naked or not) out the door.
If you can't get them to leave, do what I did:
1. Go to the Salvation Army and buy a box of bell-bottoms.
2. Leave the bell-bottoms for naked ghosts.
3. Leave the stuff to make Rice Krispy Treats out on the counter and write a note to the ghosts to make some up, if they're not going to pay rent.
4. Eat Rice Krispy Treats.
