If your weight is the only thing he finds lacking after six years with you and wants to leave for it, then you're probably better off without him AND the weight.

Let him go! He's a loser. I gained some weight after my pregnancy not much but my man still loves me the same if not even more. There's more to love. Find someone who loves you for the way you are. Someone who tells you, you are beautiful inside and out.

Lose weight for yourself honey. It's worth it. I did Atkins, but the second time around, over two years later, it isn't working. Only gained weight due to an injury though. Exercise gives you more energy too (good for the bedvroom!!!)

Seems to me that the only weight you need to lose is him. I don't care how much time you put into the relationship. If he gave you that ultimatum...it was the wrong relationship. Better to find out now.

Leave him immediately!
You had to see other signs of this attitude of his in the past six years. Did you choose to be in denial before?
He doesn't love you and you know it inside-probably why you've put on the weight.

!!!! If your weight is affecting your health then you should think about losing some. if you're happy with your body then that's the most important thing. you do want to please your man, but if he's gonna dump you for being overweight then he's not really the guy you thought he was. i personally would ask him for specifics on what he would want my body to look like. then give it a shot and try it out.

WOW that is pretty cruel of him. I have gained some weight since I have been married but he says he still loves me just how I am. You really might should have a serious talk with him.

Losing weight is a personal choice, and must be decided by you. Do not do it out of fear, rejection, but only if you want and need to lose weight feel better IF YOU NEED to and WANT to...otherwise...ask if he is loves you anyway... with your present weight!!

You don't need to be with a man if he's got those kind of expectations for you. I say, leave him and find someone who likes you for who you are now and not who they want you to become.

this will be hard to hear and i know everyone is telling you this but he's not worth your time if he's worrying about your weight. if he were concerned for your health it'd be a different story, but leaving you?!? you definitely need to re-think your relationship with this guy.
