I once received an e-mail from someone's cell phone sent to my Yahoo mail; can I reply from PC?

I'm not very computer & technology saavy......I received, opened and was able to read the message and even store the number in my Yahoo address book. Can I initiate an e-mail to this person's phone? If so, how? Do I just send them an e-mail like normal?

No you can send an e-mail to their phone, you can either text with your phone. or send pix messages to their e-mial through your phone. but unfornetly you cant send a message through your e-mail to their phone.
