Approach the person who is the same sex as you privately. Tell them that you are glad that they have an active and enjoyable sex life, but would prefer that they not share it with you and the rest of the neighborhood. If that doesn't work, call the police and tell them you can't be sure but you think that you are hearing a domestic violence dispute and that the woman sounds like she is being really hurt. Tell them to send the police right away.

Record them from your yard or wherever it's most audible. Tape a few "episodes" then box it up with a note asking them nicely to stop "sharing the love" with the neighborhood & mail it. If that doesn't embarrass them, get some neighbors to go stand nearest their window, not on their property, stare at the house and then blast music at them. Hopefully they'll get the hint. If all that fails, call the cops, they will get a citation for "disturbing the peace"
Good Luck with this one!!

That's uncomfortable.
Just be outward about it... they'll be a lot more uncomfortable then you will.
Say something like, "Listen, I know we're not too accquainted yet, but I feel like I know you WAY too well. I'd appreciate it if you kept your windows closed while having sex."
Unless, of course, they want you to hear. Then there's pretty much nothing you can do about it... There are some weird people out there.

I've been in similar situations with neighbors & housemates, so I know how awkward it is.
1st, why not introduce yourself to your new neighbors, but don't bring up the issue right away. Then, if you think they'll take it well, politely bring it up. Caution: If they're obviously drunk or on drugs, It's best not to mention it. In this case, wait till they've sobered up or just leave an anonymous note.

Since you know their address I would mail them an anonymous letter. Be polite, no name calling. But ask them to lower their windows and be more discreet. If all else fails you can call the police, it is a crime. But try a letter or two first.

Just bang on the wall and tell them to keep the noise down. Alternatively you could always have some pleasure in the bedroom yourself which might distract you from whats going on next door.

Well if you feel really akward, maybe you can just leave a note in their mailbox either anonymously or not... Or you can just knock on their door, introduce yourself and just politely explain the issue. Good Luck! = )
