Living single, independent and free, or without marriage , we will remain unfulfilled and sad??!!?

Women want to be pursued and men are charged by God to be the pursuers. Marriage holds the possibility of partnership, adventure, creativity,challenge and many more of the things we long for.

Severing the link between marriage and children is a modern concept, born of material wealth, political freedom and technological advancements. But just because we can do something doesn't mean we should. Did I Make a Mistake?

Not really, all we can hope for in this world is to be as happy as we can be. That may be single or married or in a live in relationship, but that biols down to each his own. Yes, we have changed the medicaladvancements for fertility, but not necessarily for the better. Women can now get pregnant without a man involve but does it make a better child growing up without a father, who knows or is to say? Yes, men are definitely better with a woman around to share lifes challenges with, but there are always exceptions to everything. So if a male or female is happy and content being single without all the responsibilities and hassles of married life then more power to them. Life doesnt govern that we must marry to be happy, in fact life doesnt promise or guarantee that we will all have a happy life no matter what. So we journey along lifes beautiful trip hoping to make the right choices to make us at least appear happy and in the hopes that we leave this life a better place than when we came here. We achieve as many of our goals as possible the best way we can, sometimes right or wrong, ethical or not, moral or not, but we just do the best we can according to our own mind

What is really sad is people who get married because they think they are supposed to when they never wanted to to begin with.

There are people who have no desire to have children and don't particularly care for kids. What a sad life that would be for the innocent child born to such a person. Not only would that mean unhappiness for the parent but also for the child who would feel unloved and unwanted.

We should pursue our own happiness, in whatever form that comes in. To do something because someone else said so can only lead to a lifetime of regret and unhappiness.
