Hi. Without proof it is hard to say, but anti-matter is just as real as matter and should have been made equally in the Big Bang (as always, if this is a correct theory). A galaxy made of anti-mater would be indistinguishable from any other unless it was colliding with a normal galaxy.

Our universe is infinite, which means it has no boundary or edge. It goes on for ever. So I don't see where this multiverse comes from. So that means there is only one Milky Way.

Not in this universe, however there are an infinite number of universes in the multi-verse -so yes its probable they exist but, You can't get there from here....
