See this poll:

Most of the world sees the US as a bigger threat to world peace than Iran.

Here's another poll undertaken by the BBC a few years ago specifically re Bush's leadership:

No - his policies have destabilised the Middle East. His arrogance at thinking NATO could beat the Taleban, when the forces of the old Soviet Union failled, was mind-blowing. To invade Iraq for actually using the Anthrax the US sold him to use against Iran, shows that being an ally of the US only means they won't bomb and invade you this week, yet if the US has a change of policy then you suddenly become an enemy, even though your policies may not have changed one iota, means the US will have trouble maintaining current alliances, and negotiating new ones.
The Japanese PM is visiting China, S Korea is having open talks with N Korea, and there have been improved boarder control freedoms. Both these countries NOW want US bases out of their countries, because it restricts their ability to negotiate with their neighbours.
Most UK residents are more hostile to the US, and due to Tony Blair, want closer links with the European Union, and believe a little more distance should be put between the US and UK.
Venezuela wants nothing to do with the US, not surprisingly when US cabinet ministers openly talk of assassinating/kidnapping the leader who was democratically elected!
China is the worlds largest single market, and countries wanting to deal with it will have to cut ties with the US, who have been attacking its government for the last 50 years.
Bush (& Blair) could have been forging new relationships, showing support to countries whose governments moderate their behaviour, rather than attacking old allies.
More carrot and less stick would probably have yielded better results.

What I, personally, think is relatively unimportant. What the world thinks, in FACT, not speculation, will tell you something. I suggest that if you really care--pick up on the links of JasonL UK. As for limiting answers to "Non US people," you didn't really expect that, did you? I'm a citizen of the planet, (& recently, I feel should more appropriately be named WACKO than earth).

You must be from another planet. A real "Alien", not a Mexican. The war in Iraq for openers. His blatant abuse of the US Constitution, which ultimately could have far reaching effects in other countries. It's not just him, as he is a burnt out stooge,"a useful idiot" so to speak. It's the administration and the neo-cons, backing him.
Oh, if your from Pluto, don't bother going home. OK, so blaming him for Pluto's demise is streaching it a bit, but it will make for a good "conspiracy". I hope you are not from Canada, because, Iam, & I would like to think most Canadians are informed enough to decide for themselves and not turn to Q&A , as pretty well every one here is opinionated except for me of course.

Even for the Americans that are here, he has done more damage to the USA in world affairs than all the other Presidents before him. Which makes most foreigners want to hate Americans, because of him.

hello...i'm assuming u r from Britain, not that that really matters but... any ways i'm american and i personly think that a snail could do a better job of ruling/representing the US. Serious problems, crated by a man that should never have had this responsibility ( Gore should have won Florida, there by winning the election), will have to be handled by the next pres. (let us hope a Democratic one). I feel sorry for the guy who will have to clean up the mess Bush has made of our world opinion.

Yes.
Because at least he has tried to fight back, and got some 40 milion people liberated in the process.
Maybe there are things that could have been done better, but no one else has even tried to do anything.

BTW I'm from Poland. What GWB is trying to do for Iraq/Afghanistan, Reagan did for my country. Just that Reagans opponents (internal and external) were more civilised

American here. When you mention the word foreing policy to Bush, the only thing he can think of is the pretzel(foreign object) that got caught in his throat. He has no foreign policy period, and thats intentional.
