its round because of gravity and iasnt flat but because the world is so vaste it give the impression it is flat.

The World isn't actually round. It's slightly longer around the Equator than from Pole to Pole. This is due to centrifugal force.
The reason why the World is round is why the planets and suns are round. When they were formed they coalesced by gravitational attraction into spinning masses. If you have seen pictures of Astronauts playing with water in zero gravity you would get the picture.

Gravity makes it round from the outside and round from the inside.

Its flat as it is actually round but the world is so big the surface only looks flat too you as there is such small angles involved. It is round on the outside as the rotational forces involved pull the sides of the earth out.
The earth isn't totally round, its more of an ellipse.

"Oblate Spheroid
The true shape of the Earth called an Oblate Spheroid. The term "Oblate" refers to it's slightly oblong appearance. The term "Spheroid" means that it is almost a sphere, but not quite. One of the most important things to remember about the Earth's shape is that it is only very slightly oblate. The diameter from the North Pole to the South Pole (the shortest diameter) is approximately 12,714 km. The equatorial diameter (the longest diameter) is approximately 12,756 km. This is not a big difference, but it does make the Earth not quite a sphere."

As the planet has been spinning on its axis for millions of years, the combination of its own gravity and the gravitational pull of the sun have rounded the planet from whatever shape it may have been. It is a more stream-lined shape condusive to spinning around 24/7 for eternity.

Flat from the inside? The Earth is round because when it formed it was molton and formed into a ball because of the zero gravity and cooled.

it appears flat but it is round. I read in a science book it is the absolute perfect shape to spin around the sun and provide an inviroment that would allow life to exist on its surface.
If it was any smaller or any larger life could not exist on its surface. Can;'t remember why but remember it was the perfect size.

The world is an oblate spheroid. Due to it spinning it is wider at the equator than the poles.
It is more or less a sphere as that is the shape which contains a mass with the minimum surface area.

Unfortunately some giant fish-men from the planet JrtluytfghK in the Andromeda Galaxy like to play croquet. They were having a bit of a match then went in for tea and left the balls where they were, and we evolved on one of them. The JrtluytfghKian teatime lasts about 5,000000000000000 years (they really like bread and butter) so if you see a big mallet-shaped object coming towards you in the near future it might be best to hide in the cellar.
