It's true... the Yanks have been watching too much Benny Hill and Monty Python. We now do silly walks as well, sometimes to the tune of "Yackity Sax" while chasing busty women.

The effect is that we now ask more Inane questions than the Brits.

In my experience the british seem to ask the funnier (as in witty / amusing) questions........... but as for inane I would guess it's about equal

I don't know the answer to this because it isn't always easy to determine the nationality (location) of an Asker.

But then, we English do seem pretty good at asking some of our own ~ and frequently with some ''HOT'' and ''AWESOMELY'' over used ratty words with appalling spelling n grammar too.
