Also, what kind of degree would you need for this job (ex. RN, BA, MA, PhD)? How long would the entire college process take?

You can't do very much with a bachelor degree in psychology, but with a B.S in nursing, after your pass the test to become a registered nurse, you can earn $50,000 starting out easily. RN's are in great demand everywhere in the nation.
