I need help!!! How do you get slivie on camera?!?!?!?!? I bought a camera and a video camera!! But then I went to see slivie and nothing happened!!!!!

You have to catch Sylvie when she's out. She is out for 1 hour between 7am and 12pm EST every day and then out again 5 hours after the initial appearance. She's also out for 1 hour every evening but that seems to be random - there doesn't seem to be a time pattern for that.
