We are the humanity you and me. We are divisive we are worshiping the status of being exclusive, claiming superiority at all levels of existence. With this attitude we have all the troubles around us, no need to itemize them everybody can see it. The chaos is the challenge because we are not meeting the challenge with the right action. We are answering this problems piece by piece. We are just making reactions not the total action to the challenge. This action must start from each one of us. We cannot do it because many are waiting for somebody to do it. We are just not responsible to the calling.

Every time sufferings are growing, more tensions, more stress,
more mental problems, more unhappiness in the world
more agresevity, more violence

you know why because love has disappear
and why love has disappear

because people are giving challenge to each other.
Everybody is challenging, everybody is challenging everybody.
In many diffirent ways.
challenge doesn't mean one need come with a sword.
There can be many soft ways of challenging, many polite ways of challenging.
it is difficult to write here all, it will get long.
So everybody is in protection, every body want to protect himself
because everybody sees the challenge everywhere.

The challenge itself has become challenge to the humanity.

If we want better humanity or if we want to do some good to
humanity.
We must drop the attitude of challenge,
We need to adopt a loving attitude towards others
Where nobody need to protect himself
because there is no challenge
we need to create a atmosphere which is base on trust.

If we can do this much
is more than enough

I love you

There seem to be to be two main aspects to this problem; the problem of man's relationship to man, and the problem of man's relationship to nature.
On the one hand, a small part of the world's population are consuming most of the earth's resources while a great many want for such basic things as safe drinking water, vaccination from the most cruel of diseases and food. Strangely enough, the richest country are also the countries in which suicide rates are highest; somehow all this materialism has failed to make people happy. On the contrary, it seems to often lead to isolation and despair.
On the other hand, there is the problem of man's relationship with nature. Every serious scientist who has studied the question knows our current rate of consumption, in the way we are doing it, is unsustainable, for many different reasons. Humanity therefore faces the challenge of ensuring the planet can keep sustaining it by learning to respect nature again.
In developing countries, the problem often takes the form of antiquated ideas, such as tribalism, being carried out with modern means (in particular western weapons), with horrific results. In the west, and other rich countries, the problem seems to take the form of, for lack of a better term, spiritual bankruptcy. Capitalism in this later stage has lead to a cult of material goods. This state of mind has lead us to espouse destructive ideals that do not satisfy man's most profound needs, but are also jeopardizing the very planet he depends on for survival - the cult of infinite economic growth for example (is there not a point where enough is enough? How is it possible that desires expand to infinity? - while others starve, the main problem of the other part of the world is obesity and relate disease. Is that not insane?)
The constant lust for more material goods in the west are causing western government to act unfairly towards the third world and forcing already poor countries to adopt unrealistic modes of production. This exacerbates poverty.
It is a complex problem and one person has little power to affect change. My answer, in short, would be that humanity needs a spiritual and philosophical renewal if it is to awaken from the present marasm it has dug himself into with the religion of capitalism having been brought to its absurd extreme, and rethink its values collectively.

THE challenge? Is there only one?

Hmm, how about humanity needs to make sure that we don't kill each other.

Other than that challenge, we will inevitably evolve. :) So, I'd say that's the biggest worry.

In game theory terms, getting out to Nash and into Pareto solutions, i.e. if everyone acts in their own interest, humanity as whole is worse off than if we all act in the collective interest. Many environmental, economic and political problems could be solved this way.
