Ad-Ware sitting in my computer How do i get rid pl.?

some cookies or ad-ware are sitting in my computer which keeps my net busy all the time....I have tried to download Ad-ware removal from download.com but at the end it wants me to purchase....I also downloaded spydoctor....they also want their programe purchased.

pl.guide me to get rid of these bugs sitting in my comp....plus any reliable site / programe from where i can download free prog ...ad-ware and spydoctor...i have laready checked download.com....not there for free...

Lavasoft Ad Aware SE is an excellent program although u can upgrade to a premium version of the program the free one will work fine its just that in the premium version u will also be able to enable the "ad watch" feature wich will scan for stuff in realtime (sort of like Norton's auto protect) but if u just need to scan for spyware then u will not need that feature in any way just update the definitons file and run a scan u should be able to delete all the spyware uv got on ur comp. another good program is Spyware search and destroy which is completely free (ie no paying to upgrade) u can also get that off of download.com

we have the same problem, my pc was so slow...and so many sites pops up all the time.... i can't find a free anti virus!!! what i did...i reinstalled my pc........ and i don't use the microsoft explorer anymore.......change it to firefox.....

try it....now my pc is much better.....
