What are some websites with good basic tutorials for Photoshop?

I need to learn the very basics; I have no clue how to use anything.

Should have a help or tutorial within PhotoShop. If not see if www.adobe.com has anything.

I've only seen CD's and software you can buy to learn such programs. Never a free site that offers it.
