You shouldn't be mad. After all, he's your ex and now he's just using you for sex and doesnt' care if it's your birthday or not. Get over it or move on.

NO if he is an ex he probably doesnt care if you have a Happy birthday or not. Also if he is an ex he has no obligation to say anything to you if he chooses not to.
