I did iwatch the movie...but the novel by Nicholas Sparks was much more emotional. I was disappointed in the film. The book was much more magical!

I can't believe only 19 people have answered. That is one of the best movies in the last decade. I have watched it twice and I usually don't watch movies twice until it has been 5-10 years between. I cried and held hands with my husband. It was a wonderful sweet story. Two other movies that hit my heart like that were Forever Young and Bicentennial Man.

Seen it...cried. Read the book...cried. Great movie, great book, anyone who finds love like what Noah and Allie shared are the luckiest people on earth. I have also read some of Nicholas Sparks other work and have been VERY impressed thus far, he is an amazing author.

I cried more at the end of that movie than anything else ever in my life. It's a really good story, and the actors do an amazing job.

it was sweet but thought the end was a bit depressing!! alzheimers is a terrible illness and thought the sadness of the situation burst the sweet romantic escapism of the whole film
cried but more because of how sad the illness is!!
