Whenever you see her, look at her very arrogantly and condescendingly. Roll your eyes up a lot. Shake your head like you can't believe anyone would say anything so ignorant anytime she says something around you.

most girls appreciate honesty. they are surprised by it,
but once the initial shock is over they appreciate it. if
for any reason, you feel compelled to engage her in
conversation and she is being flirtatious, then tell her
you like her ok as a friend, but for romance, she is not
your cup of tea.

If you have to work with her or something, you could just not pay attention to her very much. Like if she's talking about work, pay attention, but as soon as she branches off onto something else, become very busy.
