I would suggest assimilation.
Simply because the people who have the most rights, priviledges and economic freedom are in the US.
No reason for the rest of the world's people to suffer under "governments" like Mugabe

We have a foreign policy doctrine that works well for us. We also have a out of control Media with an agenda. Look closer and you'll see it.
