If you mean black as in dark then i recommend staying away from such business. You do not want to experience a major magickal backlash that could result in death! There are other ways to deal with things besides black magick!

No witch who wishes to live a long and happy life would do any such thing... Try looking up "metaphysical and occult supplies" in the phone book.... One of them is bound to be a voodoo shop. Go there and ask for a recommendation. Voodoo priestesses don't follow the same "rule guide" that witches do. If you are un NYC, you have the best bet in the Jamaican or Carribean districts.
I'm not going to wish you luck, becasuse I don't believe what you are doing is right.

There are no "good" black magicians anywhere, by definition.

There are lots of Satanists and suchlike phonies floating around but you would need the right contacts to locate any. The people who are advising you to keep away from such creeps are dead right.

Magic is neither black nor white, but comes from with in. You never want to harm some one with your magic nor as a non magic person should you seek someone to perform a harmful spell. Just remember that whatever you do to someone comes back upon you threefold.
