I do, I kind of always did, but I stayed in a small haunted town in KS for a while, and actually stayed in a house where the ghost was almost part of the family. He had a name and his own room and stuff it was weird, but scarey as hell. I was in there by myself and I heard it shut doors and go down stairs and stuff. They even have pictures of its outline and all that. I guess the town was an old battle ground of the civil war or something. But does anyone else believe in ghosts? Any stories? Any sites where I can look up haunted places in Kansas or in America in general?

THERE IS SUCH A THING AS THE SPIRIT WORLD.
They are lost souls who are dead, have no bodies but move about in spirit or ghostly presence. They’re all around us and generally harmless.
Most of the time, the living do not notice or believe in what they cannot see. It can be hard to explain the mysteries of ghosts or spirits to people who can’t spiritually connect with this theory.
The bible says, Faith is the substance of things hoped for, THE EVIDENCE OF THINGS NOT SEEN.
How can one simply believe in such a thought if they have no faith to begin with and?
Christians MUST believe in ghost.
Even Muslims believe in what is called jinn however it’s defined different.
It is believed that some jinn can be seen, even to interact with. A jinn is not- what was once a human being who died, but a type of entity that comes in different forms. Jinn actually are considered evil corruptions; to cause discord in the Islamic faith.
Whether it ghost or jinn, both religions have good and bad ones. Some will be damned to the fire of hell and some will go to heaven by way of repentance.

Yes i believe,i have had too many experiences to not believe. My two children have both seen a dog laying guard at the side of their beds and they are both in separate rooms..Another time i fell asleep on my chair only to be awoken by something rocking it vigorously and it carried on rocking for at least 5min..Also heard a child's voice calling my children's names and the room it would come from was ice cold,i would often see a Grey blob like thing going into that room but there was never anything there when i would go and look.My husband seen a little girl standing in the doorway to that room so i think it was her who was calling my children's names..I had a medium in to see if she could help,as soon as she came into my house ornaments would suddenly fall off furniture but when she walked into the room she said it wasn't just a little girl in there but an old woman too and they were wanting help in crossing over which was granted, but after that i moved out i couldn't stay there it was too spooky.

It's a cool site, but I would suggest taking most of it with a grain of salt!!!
PS. I do believe! I haven't personally seen one, but I have had a lot of unexplained things happen. Ghosts or spirits, I 'm not sure. I haven't been scared by these things, only fascinated and amused, but if I actually saw them I might be!

Nope.
There is still no proof - even with all our technology and gadgets. If you believe in ghosts you will always find something to convice you they're real. Like the doors shutting and things - could have been anything.

There are no such things as ghosts. They were invented as 'proof' that life after death exists. As far as I am concerned when you're dead you're dead. There has never been a proven, substantiated sighting of a ghost or anything paranormal. There is a logical explanation for every one of them. Only the gullible believe in ghosts.

Sure, I believe there are ghosts or spirits to be more accurate. But a lot of what people think are manifestations of ghosts are not.

Yes I have seen ghosts. A young man who lived in my house before we moved in was decapitated in a car accident when a surfboard hit the back of his head when he stopped suddenly. I used to see quick flashes of him in the hallway. I was never scared though. I told my mother about what I saw and she froze, because she had seen it too.
